It was finally time to present my business idea in front of hundreds of people. I had been working on this business plan for an entire semester and it was time to show it off. I had already presented to a few professionals in private rooms, but now I had moved on to the final round. I heard my name get called and I walked past all the people in the audience.

The timer begun and I had four minutes to give my pitch and present my slides. I'm naturally a nervous person, and I knew I needed to have confidence in myself and my business plan. I ended up getting fourth place, but I knew not to give up because I spent so much time and effort into my business idea. I took this as a learning experience and will continue to improve.
